Further, this electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. Aycron Pharma Pvt Ltd provides Tele-consultation from top Certified & Registered Medical Practitioners for various General & Sexual health concerns for men. Along with the Medical consultation services, we also have a licensed Nutraceutical Supplements & Pharmaceutical Brand (with the same name,   Aycron Pharma Pvt Ltd ) for the categories we’re providing consultation (Stress, Immunity, etc.).   Aycron Pharma Pvt Ltd is associated with Experts and the consultation, prescription, counseling & medical follow-ups are provided by these Experts only and not by   Aycron Pharma Pvt Ltd.

Appointments for Services with  Aycron Pharma Pvt Ltd can be scheduled through the Aycron Pharma Pvt Ltd website or mobile app or by calling 889-988-4047. Your request for Services is only accepted when you receive a booking confirmation from Aycron Pharma Pvt Ltd.

Aycron Pharma Pvt Ltd  has a pool of Experts to choose from to provide the Services. Aycron pharma Pvt Ltd  will ensure that the Experts assigned is as per your medical concern/preference but this may not be possible all the time. Aycron pharma Pvt Ltd  reserves the right to assign any Experts as it deems fit for that Service. Aycron pharma Pvt Ltd  does not guarantee that it will always be able to provide Experts or to provide the same Experts for follow-up appointments.

The payment can only be made via cash, payment gateway or links provided through Website or SMS or Email from   Aycron pharma Pvt Ltd . You agree to make payment as soon as the demand is raised.   Aycron pharma Pvt Ltd  reserves the right to cancel an ongoing or future appointment if payments are not made on time.

Some parts of the Service are chargeable as may be specified from time to time. We will tell You about applicable charges for any paid Service and the payment terms presented to You when You use or order a paid Service are deemed part of these Terms of Use. As a convenience to You, We reserve the right to suspend or cancel Your order for the said Service or to not provide You with the ordered Service. We shall not be responsible for any Service that is not provided to You if You fail to pay the applicable charges for the same. Charges paid are non-refundable except in Our sole discretion.

We use a third party payment gateway for processing payments due to Us. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the payment gateway, in addition to these Terms. We don’t control and are not liable for the security or performance of the payment gateway. You agree to pay Us, through the payment gateway, all charges at the rates then in effect for any purchase in accordance with the applicable payment terms. We reserve the right to correct, or to instruct Our payment gateway to correct, any errors or mistakes, even if payment has already been requested or received.

You agree to provide accurate personal and medical information about the Patient and your failure to do so may result in adverse consequences in delivery of Service. Every patient is different. At   Aycron pharma Pvt Ltd , upon receiving your request, our Experts have a detailed conversation (either by call/chat/form and other means of communication) with You about your specific medical condition, and then suggest the best course of action.

We may also send you other information about us, the Website, our other websites, products, sales promotions, our newsletters, SMS updates, anything relating to other companies in our group or our business partners. Product – Return Policy

The Products cannot be returned once delivered to you.

You are entitled to cancel Your Order through our Website till it is dispatched from our premises. After the product is dispatched you cannot cancel your order. We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the intimation of cancellations of the Order. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Daso Majra, Bhud Teh Baddi, Dist Solan, Himachal Pradesh.
